This live, six-session, small-group mentor coaching program introduces coaches to the Enneagram as a practical coaching tool for sensing energy and patterns in themselves and in clients.

The program presents the Enneagram not as a personality labeling system, but as a framework for understanding the core motivations, default patterns, and behavioral tendencies that shape how clients engage with change.

Designed specifically for coaches who are new to the Enneagram, this course bridges Enneagram awareness with health and wellness coaching competencies across three core applications:

  • deepening the coach's own self-awareness and presence
  • building stronger client rapport and communication
  • supporting more resonant goal-setting and behavior change conversations.

This program is delivered online via Zoom in a live, small-group mentor coaching format (6–12 participants).

Each session integrates direct instruction, structured practice coaching, and facilitated group debriefs with a PCC-credentialed mentor coach, allowing coaches to apply Enneagram-informed approaches in real time under mentor observation and guidance.

This course is taught in English.

“In retrospect, I wish I had started working with Sandy sooner. She has a knack for spotting everything and presents it all for you to consider. Her personalized feedback helped me to fill in any blanks I hadn’t considered."
— DO

I found the experience to be quite beneficial. Sandy provided detailed feedback, peppering the things I can focus more on with a number of positives as well. I left the group feeling positive and inspired to improve my coaching skills.
