Sound familiar?
You replay conversations for days in your head, wondering if you said the wrong thing.
Someone asks what you want — and your mind goes completely blank.
You say yes when every part of you is screaming no.
You react in the moment and then spend hours — sometimes days — wishing you hadn't.
You're exhausted from managing everyone else's feelings while quietly ignoring your own.
You've rehearsed what you were going to say so many times that by the time you speak, it barely sounds like you.
And over time, something subtle happens:
You stop trusting your own voice.
And when that happens, it's hard to know what's true for you, and who you are anymore.
Here's what I know.
Most people think the issue is communication.
They want better frameworks. Better boundaries. Better emotional regulation.
But, that’s usually not what’s actually missing.
This isn’t a skill problem.
It’s a self-trust problem.
When you don’t fully trust what you notice, feel, or want in real time, you second-guess yourself before you ever speak.
And that uncertainty shapes everything that follows: The way you show up in conversations, the way you make decisions. The way you relate to other people.
And the longer that pattern runs, the more disconnected you feel from yourself.
This is where we start.
My approach is holistic, meaning we don’t just work on what you’re saying or what you're thinking.
We work with the part of you that is deciding what feels safe to say in the first place - maybe that's your head, but it could also be your body, your nervous system, or your heart.
Emotional intelligence, communication, and self-discovery and awareness come together here, with the Enneagram as a central lens.
And because the Enneagram has become the "Trendy-a-gram" lately, here's my belief on this system: The Enneagram isn’t just another personality typing thing.
It’s a map of the energies, patterns, motivations, and beliefs that shape how you interpret yourself and others.
More importantly, it helps you see where you’ve learned to override your own experience.
We'll slow things down enough to notice what’s happening in real time: the hesitation, the editing, the self-interruption, the moment you "check out" before you even speak.
Because once you can see these things clearly, you can't un-see them.
And then, you have a choice in how you respond.
And this is where things start to shift.
Not by becoming someone new, but by learning how to stay with yourself.
Hi! I'm Sandy.
And I've been exactly where you are.
For years, I thought the answer was trying harder, pleasing more people, and becoming whatever I thought others needed me to be.
The real work began when I stopped trying to fix myself and started paying attention to who I'd been editing out.
That shift is what I now help others make.

You know that you've found a great coach when your conversations include both laughter and heartfelt support. Sandy is that coach and a joy to work with. She is not only insightful, thoughtful, and supportive but she also has a wonderful sense of humor.
Sandy has an amazing gift as a listener, healer, and coach… she catapulted me into greater clarity of who I was and the underlying beliefs, assumptions, and behaviours that were slowing me down. Working with her opened up a new and empowering avenue to how I viewed and approached my life and health.
