You don't need to be fixed.
You need to be found.
Holistic Life and Leadership Coaching for people who are
ready to stop shrinking and start showing up.

Sound familiar?
You replay conversations for days, wondering if you said the wrong thing.
Someone asks what you want, and your mind goes completely blank.
You say yes when every part of you is screaming no.
You react in the moment and spend hours (sometimes days) wishing you hadn't.
You're exhausted from managing everyone else's feelings while quietly ignoring your own.
And somewhere along the way, you stopped knowing what your own voice sounds like.
Well, I'm here to tell you that you're not broken. You're not too sensitive. You're not too much.
You've just spent a long time making yourself smaller than you are.
Here's what I know.
After years ofĀ coaching hundreds ofĀ people in the middle of life's messiest chapters, I've come to realizeĀ this:
The problem is almost never what people think it is.
It's not that you don't know how to communicate.
It's that you don't yet trust what you have to say.
That one shift? It changes everything.

You know that you've found a great coach when your conversations include both laughter and heartfelt support. Sandy is that coach and a joy to work with. She is not only insightful, thoughtful, and supportive but she also has a wonderful sense of humor.
Sandy has an amazing gift as a listener, healer, and coach… she catapulted me into greater clarity of who I was and the underlying beliefs, assumptions, and behaviours that were slowing me down. Working with her opened up a new and empowering avenue to how I viewed and approached my life and health.

As a highly sensitive being, Sandy brings lots of compassion, love and gentleness to her coaching sessions along with the strength to stand by the client as they move through their change process. If you are looking to be understood, cared for and transformed, Sandy is your coach.
How we get there.
My approach is holistic, which means we work with the whole of you, not just the part that showed up with a problem. Emotional intelligence, communication, and self-discovery meet here, with the Enneagram as a central lens.
The Enneagram isn't just a personality test. It shows you where your energy goes (for better or for worse!).
It's a map of your patterns, your motivations, and the beliefsĀ that are driving your behavior ā often without your knowledge. And understanding your type doesn't put you in a box. It shows you the door out of the one you've been living in.
Together, we look at the patterns keeping you stuck, the beliefs that no longer serve you, and the voice you've been editing before anyone else can hear it.
This is deep work.Ā And also some of the most liberating work you'll ever do.
This is for you if:
- You're in the middle of a transition ā a career change, a loss, a divorce, an empty nest ā asking, "Who am I now?"
- You're a leader or manager who holds it together for everyone else and quietly falls apart in private.
- You're a coach or therapist doing this work for others, and you realize that you need someone to support you with your own work.
- You're a performer, musician, artist, or creative who gives everything to your craft - and has forgotten to give anything to yourself.
- You're simply tired of shrinking, second-guessing, and disappearing into everyone else's needs.
If any of that landed, you're in the right place.
In addition toĀ entrepreneurs and self-employed performing/creative artists,
here are a few of the companies where past and current clients work:
There is no "one size fits all" here.
Some people need a single session to get unstuck.
Others want six months of deep, sustained work.
And some are coaches or therapists looking for mentor coaching or supervision.
Whatever you need, we'll figure it out together!
Explore Working TogetherHi! I'm Sandy.
I've been exactly where you are.
I spent years being the person who kept the peace, said yes when I meant no, and had no idea what my own voice actually sounded like.
The inner work I've done ā and continue to do ā is why I can sit with you in a session and say:
I get it. Not as a theory. As a lived experience.
