In this 6-month coaching program with Sandy, you will receive:

• 12 coaching bi-weekly 45-minute coaching sessions 
• Two additional sessions if paid in full (first option below)
• Personality and Strength Assessments
• Personalized recommendations and resources to support your growth and learning
• Email support from Sandy
• Visioning Session to create your life vision and Vision Statement (optional)

For the first 3-4 sessions I ask that we meet weekly to set a good foundation.

In these sessions, we will discuss the above assessments and discuss your long-term goals.

Then, we will meet every other week for the remainder of our time to work on the specifics of your long-term goals and figure out action steps to help you achieve those goals.
