I only work with clients who are committed to the work, who show up 100% present and prepared for every session and come ready to work.

You must be willing to break out of your comfort zone.

You understand that big shifts do not happen overnight.  You are willing to commit your time and energy to do meaningful, deep work both in and out of our sessions.

My coaching programs include:

• Assessments to help you see your strengths and better understand your personality "blind spots"
• Deep exploration of your "why" - the reason for your wanting to do anything in your life
  
• Fleshing out of long-term goals so you are clear on where you are now - and where you want to go
• Resources (podcasts, videos, articles, etc) to support your progess
• Email correspondence in between sessions
